Next 150 Construction Services seeks a Construction Engineer II to support the project team on distribution of documents, reports, and scopes of work. The role sits on the job site in New Florence, MO with occasional trainings and meetings at offices.

Qualifications include a Construction Management degree and 1–3+ years with a general contractor or similar; OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred. Knowledge of CMiC/Bluebeam/Procore is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating information, logs, and schedules on project sites.
• Familiar with self-perform scopes and contract documentation processes.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and field reporting platforms.

Mansioni

• Partner with Project Manager to coordinate and distribute project information.
• Maintain contract document logs in real time and prepare status reports.
• Issue RFQs, follow up with trade contractors, and support bid packages.
• Update project schedules using CPM techniques and track productivity data.
• Manage field quality records and project documentation systems.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, labor budgets, and material cost estimates.
• Utilize CMiC, Bluebeam, and Procore to support field reporting and logs.
