Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Engineer II to support field operations on the New Florence, MO project. The role sits on the job site, partnering with the Project Manager to coordinate information, maintain logs, track RFIs and submittals, and ensure budget adherence and quality standards.

Responsibilities include updating CPM schedules, preparing scopes of work, issuing RFQs, and working with trade contractors to keep schedules and costs in line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field.
• 1–3+ years experience in construction management or GC environment.
• OSHA 10-hour certified; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Experience with self-perform scopes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager to coordinate and distribute project information.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs.
• Prepare status reports on RFIs, submittals, and documents.
• Update project schedules with CPM techniques.
• Develop scopes of work for bids and contracts.
• Coordinate with field foremen and superintendents for resource alignment.
