Job summary

Intuitive Safety Solutions (ISS) is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support a large-scale project in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role will be the project’s primary environmental compliance liaison, ensuring environmental risks, permitting requirements, and regulatory obligations are managed throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory management within construction or similarly complex project environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Experience obtaining and managing environmental permits and translating permit conditions into operational requirements.
• Ability to interface professionally with environmental regulatory agencies and project leadership.
• Experience conducting environmental inspections and managing corrective actions.
• Hazardous waste management knowledge and incident response.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must reside locally in the Claremore, OK area; relocation not offered.
• Ability to complete a required background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental compliance and risk management across the project lifecycle.
• Lead development and implementation of environmental compliance strategies.
• Manage environmental permitting and regulatory approvals.
