Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor to support the Site Supervisor in overseeing site operations and construction activities. You will coordinate contractors, schedules, safety, communications, and project progress to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion with quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision and travel up to 75%. Expect collaboration with vendors, safety leadership, and regular updates to campus leadership.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for vendors and contractors on-site; coordinate schedules, deliveries, and work activities.
• Coordinate with contractors to schedule equipment, materials, and manpower for construction activities.
• Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Lead safety briefings, conduct inspections, coordinate incident reporting, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and campus leadership on work status and project issues.
• Oversee ongoing construction activities, develop preliminary punch lists, and evaluate contractor means and methods.
• Perform minor corrective work including drywall and paint touch-ups and secure the jobsite at day's end.
