Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Construction Administration Project Manager to guide large-scale data center projects through the construction phase onsite. You will connect design intent with field execution, coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation and deliverables move forward while supporting quality, safety, schedule, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; an associate degree with equivalent experience acceptable.
• 4+ years in AEC with increasing project responsibilities.
• 2+ years in project/construction management or administration.
• Strong grasp of engineering/design terminology, construction processes, contracts, and codes.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and navigate challenging conversations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction-management platforms; Procore/Autodesk Construction Cloud/Newforma/Smartsheet experience beneficial.
• Commitment to client service, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary connection between Olsson's design team, client reps, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders during construction.
• Coordinate construction-phase documentation: RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, design packages, etc.
• Review documentation for cross-discipline coordination and alignment with design intent and contracts.
• Evaluate design changes and field conditions; assess impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead or participate in project meetings; communicate decisions and actions.
• Track progress, outstanding items, risks, and milestones; maintain records.
• Support project financials through invoice coordination, change management, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct site observations to monitor progress and identify deficiencies.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/site issues to minimize rework and delays.
• Assist with project closeout: punch lists, testing, commissioning, records, deliverables.
