Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Clerk at our Warren, OH project location. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing accounting tasks including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, and utilizing accounting software. Daily tasks will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reports. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations.

B&B is open to working with Temp Staffing Agencies on filling this role. The project duration is estimated to be 4 months.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Accounting
  • Experience in Bookkeeping and Finance
  • Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the construction or demolition industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Ordering and Tracking Trucking Vendors and Suppliers is expected.
  • Working with Project Team to Track Work Hours for field workers to support main office payroll is required.
