Job summary

Associa in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Concierge to be the property’s first contact for Homeowners and the Community Manager. Responsibilities include assisting homeowners, daily walking inspections, and reporting issues. They may answer calls and accept packages, with the work location onsite in Atlanta.

The role requires good communication, a high school diploma or GED, and a background check. Three years of related experience are preferred; schedule is TBD and benefits apply for full-time

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication abilities.
• The knowledge and skills typically gained through the acquisition of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Responsibilities

• Accept packages for residents
• Log receipt and delivery of all packages
• Contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and track all inquiries
• Complete daily walking inspections and monitor building cleanliness
• Notify community manager of issues needing attention
• Distribute homeowner notices as needed
• Provide a daily summary of activities and issues, including logs and checklists
