Job summary

Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is seeking a highly motivated Onsite Concierge & Operations Assistant for the winter season. You will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring every element of their stay exceeds expectations and overseeing housekeeping and property presentation to high standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires discretion and initiative in a dynamic, guest-focused environment, with Saturdays/Sundays work during peak season and CCNT compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years in luxury hospitality or concierge roles.
  • Confident team leader with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
  • Hands-on and adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent English; French or German is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable with scheduling apps, CRM and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Job Description

 This position is a 43,5 hours contract 100% per week - to be filled for a duration of 5 months, starting from 27th of November 2026.


Rôle :


Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Concierge & Operations Assistant during the winter season.


As an Onsite Concierge & Operations Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring every element of their stay exceeds expectations. You will assist overseeing housekeeping, and property presentations are maintained to the highest standard at all times.


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational skills, discretion, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. You’ll be expected to work alongside your team, support them logistically, and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.


Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Concierge Services

  • Act as the main point of contact for all guest requests, from arrival through departure

  • Deliver personalised and discreet service, anticipating guest needs and preferences

  • Coordinate in-resort services (transfers, ski lessons, wellness treatments, restaurant bookings, etc.)

  • Manage feedback and resolve issues proactively to ensure total guest satisfaction


Team Leadership & Daily Operations

  • Lead and support the front-of-house and housekeeping team within the resort

  • Oversee daily routines with the Operations team and ensure we uphold Bramble Ski's hospitality standards

  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Chef (where applicable) to ensure seamless guest service

  • Motivate your team through example, feedback, and active involvement in daily duties


Property Oversight & Logistics

  • Ensure the properties are always impeccably presented and stocked with necessary supplies

  • Carry out regular inspections and promptly report or resolve any maintenance or technical issues

  • Support the team with logistical tasks, such as deliveries, snow clearance coordination, or IT setup

  • Manage inventories and contribute to smooth changeover days


Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the link between guests, resort staff, and central management

  • Coordinate with the Pre-arrival for seamless guest handovers

  • Ensure smooth internal communication to maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency


Working Hours and Specific Requirements:

Bramble Ski operates under the CCNT (Swiss hospitality collective agreement). Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays is expected, particularly during high season.


Schedules are organized on a rotating basis and shared at least one week in advance in coordination with the resort team, in line with CCNT working time and rest period regulations.


Overtime is managed in accordance with CCNT rules and compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as applicable.


All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with CCNT requirements, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure compliance.


Ideal Candidate

Required skills & experience: Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury hospitality or concierge roles, ideally in chalets, villas, or boutique hotels


Confident team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest expectations


Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Calm under pressure, with excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills


Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset


Comfortable with tech tools (scheduling apps, CRM, POS systems)


Well‑presented, professional, and passionate about mountain life and high‑end travel
