Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Insurance, GAP, F&I, Licensing, or Automotive Ancillary Products.
• Automotive ancillary experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
• MS Office proficiency and comfort with multiple portals.
• Experience with regulatory filings, contracts, or compliance documentation.
• GAP/ancillary product underwriting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support state regulatory form and rate filings.
• Track filings through multiple portals.
• Coordinate licensing renewals and regulatory approvals.
• Work with insurance carriers, lenders, states, and third-party vendors.
• Review compliance and sales materials for regulatory alignment.
• Respond to compliance questions from internal and external partners.
• Help develop and launch new programs.
• Maintain procedures, deadlines, approvals, and compliance documentation.
• Perform quality assurance reviews with high accuracy.
