Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Alta25 in Monument, Colorado. This role partners with the Community Manager to support financial, leasing, and administrative functions, including rent collections, resident records, and coordination of move-ins/outs, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• 1+ year on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or Class A/luxury communities preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing performance by assisting with follow-up, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion to support occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policies and law.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and posting of payments/adjustments.
• Prepare daily deposits and ensure proper accounting procedures.
