Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a multifamily property in the Dallas area. This onsite role focuses on delivering an exceptional resident experience while driving operational, leasing, and financial performance.

You will lead day-to-day property operations, manage resident relations, budgeting, and staff, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. Knowledge of Yardi and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in progressive multifamily property-management experience.
• Experience leading onsite teams and improving occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily housing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations including resident relations, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue performance across the community.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Coach and supervise onsite team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
