Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee two manufactured housing communities, Hogan Meadows in Gresham and Aspen Meadows in Portland, OR. You will lead on-site teams, manage operations to meet budgets, enforce rules, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You ll coordinate move-ins, handle rent collections, and maintain high occupancy while delivering excellent resident service in a remote-friendly but on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts and deliver high customer service to residents.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency and profitability of the property.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operations to meet financial and compliance goals.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Oversee applicant screening and move-ins.
• Lead and coach on-site staff to maintain performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting to partner agencies.
• Oversee rent collections and deposits; review delinquent accounts.
• Participate in interviews, training, and evaluations for staff.
• Address resident concerns and manage grievances.
• Coordinate with local agencies and authorities.
• Maintain fair housing and equal opportunity compliance.
