Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee two manufactured housing communities in Oregon, including Hogan Meadows in Gresham and Aspen Meadows in Portland. You will lead on-site teams, enforce policies, and manage budgets, rents, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy. On-site housing is provided as part of compensation under this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with residents and staff.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflicts, complaints, and maintain high service levels.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency and occupancy.
• Ability to engage residents and coordinate with vendors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operations and support staff to meet financial and compliance goals.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Oversee move-ins and on-site staff performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Oversee rent collections and deposits; review delinquencies.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline on-site staff.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate with authorities.
• Manage site lease and property-related legal work.
