Job summary

Investment Property Group (IPG) is seeking a Community Manager for Woodburn Estates, a 82-home senior manufactured housing community in Woodburn, OR. The role manages daily operations, staff, and resident relations to meet budgeted goals.

The position offers on-site living (2-bed, 2-bath manufactured home, carport, storage shed) and requires 28 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 10am–4:30pm. Prior experience in manufactured housing or multifamily communities is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and deliver high level customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Oversee operational integrity and support staff to meet financial and compliance goals.
• Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
• Lead and motivate on-site staff.
• Oversee the application process for new move-ins.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare/submit reports.
• Oversee rent collection and deposits.
• Conduct interviews, training, and evaluations.
• Address resident concerns and grievances.
