Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, conduct interviews, onboarding, and assessments per company policies.
• Drive team performance and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Provide ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end/year-end financial reports and variance analyses.
• Resolve resident issues promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service responses.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold high resident-service standards.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court-related processes.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and property tours.
