Job summary

Allied Orion Group seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Thrive Almeda Genoa, Houston, TX. The role supports the Community Manager in administering and supervising the property's overall management—covering leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multi-family community.

The assistant assists with financial and accounting aspects, reports to the Community Manager and Regional leaders, and may supervise onsite staff in the supervisor's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and one year of experience in multi-family property management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with overall property management including financial aspects.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multi-family property.
• Supervise onsite staff during Community Manager’s absence.
• Process payments and track delinquencies per company policy.
• Handle evictions and coordinate with tenants following procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EEOC and local regulations.
