Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician in University Place, WA (part-time). You will maintain the community's common areas, facilities, and shared amenities with a focus on safety, aesthetics, and responsive service to residents and management.

Requires 5–7 years of advanced handyman or facility maintenance experience, strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced handyman or property maintenance experience.
• Experience with HOA or master-planned communities is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical manuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs in common areas and facilities.
• Repair or install fencing, gates, and clubhouse interiors/exteriors.
• Operate and maintain tools safely, manage work orders and basic event setup.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe pathways for residents during repairs.
