Qualifications

• Ground maintenance and related tasks are required.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground maintenance: snow removal, mowing, trimming, etc.
• Clean carpets and floors; operate floor care equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; assist in errands and housekeeping.
