Job summary

Z Modular at Zekelman Industries is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to support the FLATZ 830 community in Marble Falls, TX. You will handle service requests, preventive maintenance and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of general maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a safety mindset. The role offers on-site work, on-call rotation, and opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial properties.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry basics.
• OSHA safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing make-ready units as per standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Perform minor carpentry, drywall, painting and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests and safety inspections.
• Maintain common areas and property grounds; document activities.
