The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a fully onsite role in Arizona. You will manage a diverse book of business, handle renewals and client inquiries, and provide exceptional service.

Proactive communication and teamwork are essential as you work with a family-oriented, collaborative group. Experience with commercial lines and a Property & Casualty license is required, with a preference for Epic software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Onsite work environment in a family-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $2 million book of business with premiums up to $100,000.
• Handle renewals, client inquiries, certificates, and service requests.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Use Epic software to manage accounts and records.
