Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines account management; 5+ years for senior level.
• Experience using EZLynx or similar agency management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial accounts focused on contracts and construction.
• Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and policy management.
• Collaborate with COO and team to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional client service and address inquiries promptly.
• Utilize EZLynx for account management and documentation.
