Job summary

Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in York, PA. You will maintain and service an existing book of business, acting as the primary contact for client inquiries and coordinating renewals with carriers.

The successful candidate will have Commercial Lines retail insurance experience, a PA Property/Casualty license, and strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with underwriters, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Commercial Lines retail experience required.
• Ability to convey complex insurance information clearly.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of business with professionalism.
• Serve as primary contact for Commercial client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate renewal quotes with carriers and marketing as needed.
• Prepare client renewal presentations and agency proposals.
• Maintain records in the Epic agency management system.
• Review carrier-issued documents for accuracy.
