Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Background in manufacturing, machining, CNC programming, or related fields.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hands-on training programs for CNC operation, setup, and maintenance.
• Instruct on reading blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications.
• Teach use of measuring tools and inspection techniques; ensure safety and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to align training with equipment updates and process changes.
• Maintain training records and track progress of machinists; conduct assessments and provide feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
