Boeing Commercial Airplanes is excited to offer opportunities for a Machine Repair Mechanic to join our Equipment Services team in various locations across Washington State.
We are seeking skilled Machine Repair Mechanics to maintain and repair essential equipment, conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, and execute mechanical hardware upgrades. In addition, successful candidates will effectively communicate with customers, providing accurate and concise updates on repair progress, parts procurement, and estimated completion time. The role also involves troubleshooting and replacing faulty equipment, as well as assembling and rebuilding a wide range of plant machinery, including Numerically Controlled (NC) machines, robotics and end effectors, modular assembly equipment, precision‑built machines, material handling equipment, ground support equipment, stationary generator sets, and process equipment.

This is an hourly position governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM‑751) Collective Bargaining agreement.
This position is for a variety of shifts. Working in other shifts and/or overtime varies based on business needs.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, including base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
