Job summary

Boeing is seeking skilled Machine Repair Mechanics to join our Equipment Services team in Washington State. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing factory equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and upgrading mechanical systems.

You will communicate repair progress, source parts, and estimate completion times while ensuring safe, efficient production. Candidates should have 3+ years of CNC repair experience, the ability to read drawings, and flexibility to work various shifts at

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as CNC machine repair mechanic or equivalent.
• Willing to work at heights and overtime as required.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot malfunctions on NC/CNC machinery and controllers.
• Develop maintenance procedures and fabricate tools as needed.
• Review work orders and communicate repair progress to production teams.
• Obtain and analyze drawings and schematics for preventive maintenance.
