You will work with CNC lathes and milling centers, read drawings, perform routine maintenance, and report any defects. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, machining centers, drill presses, grinders, punch presses, or similar equipment.
• Set up equipment and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and conditions to maintain quality.
• Read drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Detect and report defective materials or abnormal machine conditions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication.
• Dispose of scrap and waste materials per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow safety procedures.
