Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 3+ years CNC engineering support in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Support CNC engineering activities including CNC machining processes: ID/OD grinding, drilling, milling and turning.
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and oversee vendors to meet quality, efficiency and production goals.
• Maintain up-to-date manufacturing technical documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve equipment efficiency and address downtime or quality issues.
• Provide day-to-day support of manufacturing operations and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve safety and ergonomics issues; participate in training and creating work instructions.
