Job summary

PPG Aerospace is seeking a CMS Chemical Coordinator to manage inventory and ensure exceptional customer support at the customer's site in St. Louis, MO.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the CMS Chemical Manager and focuses on building strong professional relationships and contributing to business success. The role requires 1+ years in procurement or supply chain, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and generate reports to restock customers.
• Determine quantity and order date for materials to meet master production schedule.
• Scan point of use locations at customer site for replenishment.
• Use a pallet jack to load, unload and restock.
• Restock and supply products including chemicals, coatings, solvents, consumables, etc.
