Job summary

Chemico is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Chemical Management Services (CMS) program at a customer site. The role involves coordinating procurement, inventory, waste management, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer policies.

You will lead meetings with plant personnel and drive cost-saving initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry/Biology/Biochemistry and 3–5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CMS Program at the customer site.
• Act as liaison between the plant and Chemico to resolve problems.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage stocking and on-site point-of-use delivery.
• Oversee waste management activities including inspections and destruction services.
• Provide technical guidance and project management.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and customer policies.
• Lead meetings with plant and chemical management personnel.
• Track all projects and reports against savings requirements.
• Communicate program progress and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee purchasing and billing at the site level.
• Complete required annual productivity improvements.
• Develop standard reporting systems for the customer.
