Job summary

MedStreamline LLC seeks an Onsite Certified Medical Assistant (OCMA) to support residents and healthcare teams in long-term care and senior living facilities across an assigned territory. This field-based role provides direct patient support, conducts vital assessments with FDA-approved devices, and partners with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

You will travel daily within your territory, maintain reliable transportation, and serve as a calm, professional on-site resource

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential through AAMA, AMT, or NHA.
• Experience in patient care, long-term care, or clinical support preferred.
• Outstanding communication, compassion, and professionalism.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform full vitals assessments on residents using FDA-approved devices.
• Escalate critical vitals to facility staff as appropriate.
• Be the on-site MedStreamline liaison with facility teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and assessments.
