Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join an onsite employee health center serving adult patients. The role combines administrative and clinical duties with a focus on delivering superior patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare experience, performs phlebotomy and immunizations, and supports POCT and vital signs documentation. Epic EMR is preferred; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience with phlebotomy, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficient in vital signs documentation and patient assessment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and front desk tasks.
• Provide triage by phone and handle referrals and follow-ups.
• Manage faxes and patient documentation; maintain accurate records.
• Support clinical workflow and assist with front office and clinical duties.
