Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Cloud Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to support cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and operational tech. This on-site role offers exposure to AWS and Microsoft 365 environments, automation, and security practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and contribute to AI-driven automation and tooling. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting and communication

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise tech environments.
• Experience with AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch and related cloud tech.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Networking fundamentals, DNS, VPNs, routing, and security concepts.
• PowerShell scripting for admin tasks.
• Basic Python or JavaScript development experience.
• Familiarity with code repositories such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and related cloud platforms.
• Participate in cloud migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
• Support monitoring, incident response, and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development teams to deliver outcomes.
• Document solutions, processes, and runbooks.
• Participate in project planning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and internal tooling.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and governance initiatives.
