Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Cloud Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to support cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and operational tech. This on-site role offers exposure to AWS and Microsoft 365 environments, automation, and security practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and contribute to AI-driven automation and tooling. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting and communication

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise tech environments.
• Experience with AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch and related cloud tech.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Networking fundamentals, DNS, VPNs, routing, and security concepts.
• PowerShell scripting for admin tasks.
• Basic Python or JavaScript development experience.
• Familiarity with code repositories such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Our company is seeking a Cloud Engineer with 2-4 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology platforms, and operational technologies. This role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career by gaining exposure to cloud engineering, automation, site reliability, artificial intelligence, security operations, and modern IT practices. This is an onsite role.

The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and development teams to support and improve systems across AWS and Microsoft 365 environments. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical fundamentals with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn. Success in this role will be measured by contributions to projects, automation efforts, service reliability, operational improvements, and team collaboration. This aligns with the kind of operational support and cloud focus described in sg360's existing AWS cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Assist with administration and support of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud platforms.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
• Support operational reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response activities.
• Partner with engineers across infrastructure, security, development, and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Document solutions, processes, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in project planning, task management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation efforts and internal tooling.
• Help improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Assist with cloud security, identity management, access reviews, and governance initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and related cloud technologies.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, DNS, VPNs, routing, and security concepts.
• Experience using PowerShell for administration and automation.
• Basic scripting or development experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with source code repositories such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure automation.
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud‑native services.
• Familiarity with site reliability engineering concepts.
• Exposure to security operations, compliance, or governance processes.
• AWS or Microsoft cloud certifications are a plus.
