Job summary

Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I for research studies with adolescents and adults with musculoskeletal conditions. The role supports day-to-day research activities, data quality, and patient coordination across on-site locations in Wellesley and Foxborough.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, prior health care or research experience, and a willingness to work in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, physiology, or health-related field required.
• Graduate degree in Athletic Training or Physical Therapy a plus.
• Prior health care or research experience preferred.
• Two-year commitment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll participants (in-person and by phone/Zoom).
• Collect and manage study data.
• Administer surveys using REDCap.
• Prepare IRB documents and assist with submissions.
• Coordinate with providers across hospital settings.
• Literature searches and manuscript preparation.
