Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to partner with physicians and nurses to identify and recruit eligible patients for clinical studies. You will obtain regulatory approvals and serve as the primary contact for research administration within the Orthopadic Oncology Service.

The role includes data management, IRB coordination, patient enrollment, and coordination of multi-site studies, with emphasis on quality, compliance, and timely study delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; can accept experience in lieu of degree.
• Some relevant research project work (0-1 year) preferred.
• Experience with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit patients for clinical trials and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory binders and QA/QC procedures.
• Write IRB applications and liaise with IRB/Human Research Committee.
• Assist with data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting for studies.
• Supervise research staff and trainees, and provide training as needed.
