Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Orthopaedic Oncology Service. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff to recruit eligible patients for clinical studies and coordinate regulatory approvals at local and federal levels.

You will handle study design input, data management, QA/QC, manuscript assistance, and training of research staff while ensuring compliance with IRB and sponsor requirements. This is a hybrid role based near Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience in clinical research preferred.
• Ability to work in clinical settings and the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate study protocols with principal investigators and ensure feasibility.
• Organize data management, data extraction, and reporting for trials.
• Ensure regulatory documents and QA/QC procedures meet standards.
• Assist with manuscript writing and data presentation for findings.
• Supervise and train research staff and interns.
• Support study finance, recruitment, consent, and patient scheduling.
