Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support onsite clinical studies in Okinawa, Japan. You will coordinate data collection, chart reviews, and study procedures while liaising with sponsors, sites, and IRB requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of CRC experience or current certification (CCTI/CCRC/CCRP). An active secret clearance and the ability to complete CITTI training within one month are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years as a CRC or valid CRC-related certification.
• Current certification such as CCTI, CCRC, or CCRP (ACRP/SoCRA).
• 2–4 years of monitoring experience and IRB administrative exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in studies, collecting and analyzing data.
• Implement data collection from charts, records, interviews, tests and sources.
• Assist in guidelines for data collection and study administration.
