Job summary

The National Institute of Clinical Research (NICR) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage studies from initiation through closeout on site in Orange County, CA, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient trial conduct under GCP and ICH guidelines.

Requirements: minimum 2 years clinical research experience; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in clinical research.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate study needs and coordinate effectively.
• Proficient troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
• Willingness to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies from placement through study closeout.
• Oversee daily trial operations to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Coordinate study visits, track enrollment, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Anticipate and coordinate study needs proactively.
• Resolve issues through strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff to support trial success.
