Job summary

The John P. Murtha Cancer Center at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, onsite, seeks an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator II to support a DoD multi-cancer study.

The role focuses on participant recruitment, consent, specimen handling, and regulatory management for a Vanguard CSRN pilot study involving tens of thousands of volunteers over the coming years. Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and local regulations for human subject research.
• Ability to perform data collection and data entry for research projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for eligibility and obtain informed consent.
• Review medical records and assist with participant identification and enrollment.
• Interview participants and collect history and questionnaire data.
• Collect and process blood specimens per SOPs.
• Support regulatory submissions and study governance.
