Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage day-to-day activities for Phase I-III interventional trials and Cancer Control studies across community sites.

You will oversee enrollment, scheduling, data entry, regulatory filings, and coordination with investigators, sponsors, and clinic teams to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' clinical research or cancer registry experience.
• Knowledge of study records, procedures, and data handling.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and protocol processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operations for Phase I-III interventional trials and observational studies.
• Coordinate protocol-required visits, data collection, and regulatory compliance.
• Support site initiation, training, and study start-up activities.
• Manage enrollment, informed consent, and participant follow-up.
• Prepare supplies, ship specimens, and maintain study documentation and budgets.
