Job summary

Care Access is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to support screening, enrollment and monitoring of study subjects in alignment with GCP and FDA regulations.

You will handle informed consent, data entry, and documentation while ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence across visits and procedures, including lab work and vital signs. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and apply Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and FDA regulations.
• Experience with prescreening and obtaining informed consent.
• Accurate documentation and data entry in trial records.
• Strong communication with investigators, sponsors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen study candidates and obtain informed consent per SOPs.
• Maintain protocol and regulatory compliance in all trial activities.
• Record data accurately in real time and manage source documents.
• Review lab results, ECGs and other tests for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate pre-study visits, site initiations and monitor visits with staff.
• Identify adverse events and report to the PI and sponsor as required.
• Interact professionally with patients, sponsor reps, investigators and staff.
