Job summary

LaSante Health Center seeks an experienced Clinical Operations & Education Coordinator to lead education and competency for clinical staff and to drive efficient, patient-centered care on the clinic floor.

The role focuses on coaching, workflow development, quality improvement, and day-to-day operational oversight, reporting to the Director of Nursing. Strong leadership and hands-on floor presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized training materials for all clinical positions.
• Create competency checklists for every clinical role.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clinical employees.
• Conduct annual competency assessments.
• Develop standardized workflows across all departments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and remediation.
• Observe a minimum of two clinical employees each workday and document findings.
• Continuously evaluate and improve patient throughput, room utilization, and provider efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control.
• Partner with Nursing Leadership on quality improvement initiatives.
