Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare admin, health informatics, information technology, or related field.
• Master's degree in health informatics preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical practice with exposure to informatics, preferably at the facility level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with facility clinical teams to implement, configure, and optimize clinical information systems.
• Analyzes workflows to identify opportunities for system improvements and alignment with best practices.
• Provides training and support to facility-based clinical staff on system utilization.
• Troubleshoots and resolves facility-related issues with IT and vendor support teams.
• Monitors system performance and gathers user feedback to recommend facility-specific enhancements or changes.
• Participates in system testing, software upgrades, and implementation of new features.
• Ensures clinical systems comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
• Engages with interdisciplinary facility teams to support informatics strategies.
