Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, health informatics, information technology, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical practice with informatics exposure preferred.
• Master's degree in health informatics preferred.
• Active clinical licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with facility clinical teams to implement, configure, and optimize clinical information systems.
• Analyzes facility workflows to identify opportunities for improvements and alignment with best practices.
• Provides training and support to facility-based clinical staff on system utilization.
• Troubleshoots and resolves facility-related issues with clinical software via IT and vendor support.
• Monitors system performance and gathers user feedback for enhancements.
• Participates in system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new features.
• Ensures compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
