Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide healthcare support at our onsite clinic located at a client's construction site in Fairless Hills, PA. This full-time role requires assisting practitioners, blood draws, urine drug screens, and maintaining patient records with a patient-centric approach.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM. The RN will help with front office duties, medical records, and equipment maintenance while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license/registration in the state of employment (PA).
• 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists practitioners with patient care, examinations, and tests.
• Draws blood and preps paperwork for lab pickup.
• Performs urine drug screens and ensures proper chain of custody.
• Maintains exam rooms, labs, and inventory; re-orders supplies.
• Maintains health records; protects confidentiality of employee health information.
• Handles front office duties (check-in/out, phone calls, records).
• Dispenses medications per practitioner and state regulations.
• Operates clinical equipment; maintains calibration and safety records.
• Performs ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms) as directed.
