Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time onsite role at our Greendale, IN clinic. You will assist practitioners, perform exams, labs, and ancillary testing, while delivering compassionate patient care and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM; on-site clinic environment; opportunity to develop clinical skills and participate in employee health programs. Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active state RN license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience in occupational health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care and examinations.
• Perform ancillary tests and labs as required.
• Maintain exam and treatment rooms, and inventory.
• Process medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Dispense medications per provider and state rules.
• Handle front-office duties and patient check-in/out.
• Maintain clinical equipment calibration and records.
• Support multi-tasking in a busy clinic environment.
• Deliver excellent patient service and care coordination.
• Participate in continuing medical education as needed.
