Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of direct clinic/healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive workflow.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff including clinicians.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and budgeting.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate medical records handling.
• Coordinates with leadership to improve service quality and outcomes.
• Maintains attendance, policy adherence, and performance standards.
