You will lead a team of Facility Supervisors and CSRs, coordinate logistics with vendors, and ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to close while maintaining client satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive onsite experiences and drive return business.
• Lead Team of Facility Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and CSRs.
• Oversee hospitality, administrative functions, and vendor coordination.
• Attend client kickoff calls and ensure clear communication of project needs.
• Ensure participant compensation and reports are accurate.
