Job summary

Sago seeks a Client Services Manager to lead our New York City focus group facility, ensuring seamless onsite operations, excellent client service, and strong staff leadership. This in-person role reports to the Facility Director and drives guest experiences, logistics, and project support.

You will supervise a team of supervisors and CSRs, coordinate client needs, and collaborate with vendors, IT/AV, and project managers to uphold our high standards and reputation in market research.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Strong client-focused service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite facility operations and guest services.
• Lead Facility Supervisors and CSR teams.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor relations.
• Assist in training and performance reviews.
• Manage participant scheduling and project support.
