Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Representative to set up clients within our system in Warminster, PA. You will adjust ordering parameters and coordinate with Sales, Account Managers, and other departments to maintain accurate client profiles.

This on-site role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting our delivery of screening services.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Working knowledge of Vertical Screen operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client requests, including creating and maintaining user accounts on our systems.
• Process new client orders and change requests according to department policies, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, IT and Fieldprint to establish new clients in Producer.
• Work closely with research and quality assurance departments.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
